Skills for the Developing Manager is designed to provide the fundamental skills required to effectively transition from an individual contributor to an effective manager. Participants are instructed on how to identify different behavioral styles in an effort to identify strategies and skills for influencing others. The course assists potential managers in assessing their personal strengths and limitations that will affect their ability to delegate and motivate others.
